Suprise party

Look at my little man in the water. Not one swimming lesson and he is a fish! One of the boys from school had a surprise birthday party over the weekend. I had the days mixed up and I am so glad the mom called to remind me of the time of the party or we would have missed it all together.

Becca was invited as well but she was more shy of the water with all those crazy boys running around and shooting each other with water guns and slapping each other with wet noodles. I seriously do not blame her. They had a blast though.

The boy who the surprise party was for was super surprised too. All the munchkins got out of the pool and hid in the backyard. The boy and his dad then pulled into the driveway and got out. The dad said "hey! Go put that trash in the trash can OK? Don't take it in the house your mother will have a fit." The trash cans are in the back by the pool. He is a good kid and takes his trash to the can to be pleasantly terrified by the loudest "SURPRISE!" on the planet. After he checked his underdrawers he started laughing and got into the pool with his friends.

I am so glad we were included for this surprise birthday.
