If you know me, then you know that organic healthy food is really important to me. I am that geeky girl who makes her own baby food and packs the kids lunches with organic pb&j sandwiches on whole wheat bread. I make cookies with flax seed oil, whole wheat flour and zucchini or carrots hidden in the dough.We rarely go to fast food joints. When we do the kids stomach's usually can't take the fries, with all the yucky oils they use there. My kids are being brought up kinda "hippie-ish".
As boring as that might sound to the average eater it really does taste better and it is alot healthier. Knowing this, WHY CAN'T I LOOSE THIS PREGNANCY FAT!!!! I joined a gym, eat right, try to get enough sleep, don't watch a lot of t.v. and I am still PUDGY!
No I cant even say that it is from baby #4 because after baby #3 I still suffered from a cushy tummy. I had finally started loosing tummy inches 5 years after Becca and now this Belle belly won't leave either. Yes I had a cookie yesterday to celebrate national prayer day but it was only one! In reality I know that I will never be a size 7 or 8 ever again but a 9 or a 10 would not be to terrible! I could live with that.
So having complained enough, I am gonna go and toss on some sweats and hit 24 hour fitness, have a salad for lunch and wish I had rock hard abs and thighs. While I am at it I can wish for my pre-baby chest too, cuz these girls have fallen and they won't get up!!!
