Yesterday the middle munchkins had an assembly at school. The second grade was going to do a performance. Becca had been practicing all month for this. There were maybe 7 songs that she had bring practicing at home. So I grabbed my camera and headed out for the school court yard to watch my munchkin perform. In less than 5 minutes it was over. Bummer. She sang two songs and was done. Then on top of it she was so nervous that she did not even smile till the end when she was filing out to sit back down in her seat. Double bummer. Oh well. Maybe she will smile tomorrow for the costume parade at the Harvest Day Party. I can only hope.
