We are back in the daily routine. Fun fun fun. The munchkins are slowly getting back into the everyday same old same olds. There is tons of homework from other people though that are now the "bad meanies" in stead of me! Hee Hee! That part I love! I can join them on their little grumpies about the yucky homework they were assigned by their teacher and they can't be mad at me because I did not give it to them! There is a great happy thought for my day!!!
The two munchkins in soccer are also getting quite the workouts! Becca had practice last night and was she ever tired. Michael took her and was quite impressed. She has learned quite a bit from her big brother these past few years. She just took off and played hard. He said when she scrimmaged, she was a left forward and just took over the field. She was not intimidated at all by the other girls who had played before. Right on Becca!
Michael Jr got his homework done lickety split last night too. I was shocked. In less than one hour it was all done and his dinner was eaten! That was including complaining time about how he really did not like his homework! Go Michael Jr! (I hope this continues!)
Aimee also got a look at some of her published grades. She has 2 A's! One of them is in Algebra! Holy Cow Aimsters! Way to go! We all know that I did not help with that one at all. Math and mom do not mix!
The kids are starting out great. I pray this will continue for the next couple of months. Oh we so need a good school year. I hope this will be the one.
